While the church seeks a new pastor the TABC is currently being facilitated by an Interim Management Team (IMT). The IMT comprises members with expertise in administration, pastoral care, and strategic visioning. The team ensures the smooth operation of the church during this transitional period. This team is supported but the Eldership currently consisting of five dedicated people.
